Absolutely brilliant service, called them.Within an hour the tumble dryer was collected and if it hadn't been a Friday afternoon I would have had it back the same day. Cost was very reasonable. Thank you we will recommend and definitely use your services again.

Drain pump went on my washer dryer. It was picked up, fixed and brought back on the same day! A week later it went again. They picked it up and tested it, turns out the part they provided had failed so they replaced it again and was brought back the next day free of charge. I was panicking having to fork out more money just before Christmas. I massively appreciate their honesty and the quick turnaround is amazing too. Very happy customer will definitely recommend!!

We used twice recently on same appliance, our range style elec cooker. Both times picked-up and return same day working. To earn 5 star would have been nice to get report if work carried out. Showing part failure.

Once again, Peter and his team saved my day. I have a B&B so the washing machine is in constant use. It stopped this morning, was picked up within a couple of hours, repaired and back in use by 3 pm. These guys provide excellent service at a very reasonable cost. I have used their services many times and can thoroughly recommend them. Personally, wouldn’t use anybody else.

I rang this company at 1:30pm today explained the problem with my washing machine not draining properly was told they would probably be able to fix the problem and return the machine by tea time. They picked the machine up within half hour diagnosed the problem very quickly updated me right away what work needed to be done. I had it fixed and returned to me by 4:30pm. I've done one empty wash an it would appear the problem is fixed will find out for definite once I do a load tomorrow. Absolutely over the moon with the service we received today. Rang this morning to see if our dishwasher could be repaired, they came within 2 hours and brought it back, fully repaired the same afternoon with a 6 month guarantee! So happy with everything!
