very poor quality gym. Mould in the roof, dangerous machines, no benches or squat racks especially as a girl I find them vital to my session. Smells in there and is pretty dirty. No space for stretching or doing cab workouts or plyometrics. Do not feel very comfortable in there and to top it all off run by some very lazy ignorant people

Oxygen fitness is by far the best gym around 🧡 Chris, Kerry, Josh, and the whole family are so friendly and always on hand to help you try out new machines, build strength and break PB's. The music is always spot on which makes a massive difference when you're training hard. I really look forward to my gym time, which I something I never thought I'd say! ....and I adore my gym family. You will never see me anywhere else 🙌⭐️

Amazing owners really friendly gym and people if you need anything they are more then happy to show how it work or what to do for each muscle group. Can’t recommend a better gym.

Travelled up from Manchester, the owners were super friendly and helpful going above and beyond. Even letting me try the gym free of charge. Equipment and lighting is mega, great atmosphere 10/10!!! 😁😁

This gym is THE best in the area without a doubt. Every piece of equipment is INSANE, top of the range. Some which you’ll only find in this gym around by us !! Always clean. Cannot fault the staff either, they are absolutely amazing ! Especially Chris 🏼🤘 would recommend too anyone who is local !!

First time going to a commercial gym in years so was a bit anxious at first but didn’t take long to settle in and start to enjoy the session. Had a friendly atmosphere with a good mix of people in various stages of fitness from newbies to advanced. The equipment there is brand new and of excellent quality (awesome dumbbell rack!) I only paid for a day pass but will definitely be signing up for a membership. Top notch gym👍

Great Gym, safe and clean. love the vibe of the place. Something for everyone. Some very high end equipment and If like me new to it all the help and support is there. Asks members for options on new equipment. Opening hours to suit. Makes keeping fit enjoyable.
